User Registration Agreement

This User Registration Agreement ("Agreement") governs your registration for and use of an account on Furndim.com, operated by Shenzhen Junpin Furniture Co. ("Furndim", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, together with our applicable Privacy Policy, Legal Notice, Disclaimer, and other policies published on Furndim.com.

1. About Furndim

Furndim.com is a B2B furniture parameter and product information platform designed to help buyers, importers, distributors, designers, project professionals, and other business users research furniture products and related specifications.

Furndim may provide structured information such as product dimensions, materials, styles, applications, packaging information, specifications, supplier information, and other reference data. Furndim is not necessarily the seller, manufacturer, exporter, importer, or contracting party for products listed on the platform.

2. Eligibility

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

• Communicating with suppliers or other business contacts through available platform functions.
• Managing information associated with your account.
• Using Furndim information for legitimate sourcing, design, project research, or business evaluation.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Furndim to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Provide false, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading information.
• Impersonate another person, company, supplier, or organization.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, accounts, systems, or databases.
• Introduce malware, viruses, malicious code, or other harmful technology.
• Use automated systems, bots, crawlers, scrapers, or similar tools in a manner that places unreasonable load on Furndim or violates our technical restrictions.
• Copy, reproduce, republish, resell, or commercially redistribute substantial portions of Furndim's database or platform content without authorization.
• Use Furndim data to create a competing database or substantially similar commercial information service without written permission.
• Harvest personal information or contact information for spam, unsolicited marketing, or unlawful purposes.
• Interfere with the normal operation, security, or availability of the platform.
• Upload or submit content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights.

7. User-Submitted Information

If Furndim allows you to submit product information, supplier information, inquiries, reviews, comments, messages, images, documents, or other materials ("User Content"), you remain responsible for the content you submit.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the User Content and that the content does not knowingly violate applicable law or the rights of another person or organization.

By submitting User Content, you grant Furndim a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and promote the platform, subject to applicable privacy and data protection laws.

8. Product and Supplier Information

Furndim may display information collected or provided from furniture manufacturers, suppliers, public sources, business partners, users, or other data sources.

Product specifications, dimensions, materials, prices, availability, certifications, production capabilities, supplier information, packaging information, and other details may change over time.

Users should independently verify important information directly with the relevant supplier or manufacturer before placing an order, entering into a contract, making payment, or relying on information for a commercial or regulatory decision.

9. Supplier Communication and Transactions

Furndim may help users discover or contact furniture suppliers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Furndim is not a party to transactions between users and suppliers.

Any quotation, purchase order, contract, payment, production arrangement, quality agreement, shipment, customs clearance, warranty, return, refund, or other commercial arrangement is generally between the relevant buyer and supplier.

You are responsible for conducting appropriate supplier due diligence and verifying commercial, technical, legal, regulatory, and shipping requirements before entering into a transaction.

10. Intellectual Property

Where applicable law requires separate consent for promotional communications, marketing communications will be subject to the applicable consent and opt-out requirements. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications through the available unsubscribe mechanism or by contacting us.

14. International Use

Furndim is intended for users in multiple countries and may involve the processing or transfer of information across international borders.

Where applicable, international transfers of personal information will be handled using mechanisms and safeguards required by applicable data protection laws, which may include appropriate contractual or other legally recognized safeguards.

15. Account Suspension or Termination

You may stop using your account at any time, subject to any applicable legal or contractual obligations.

Furndim may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, users, suppliers, or third parties, including where:

• You materially violate this Agreement.
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or harmful activities.
• Your account presents a security or operational risk.
• Your account is used to circumvent technical or commercial restrictions.
• We are required to do so by applicable law or a lawful authority.

16. Service Availability

We aim to maintain Furndim as a reliable platform, but we do not guarantee that the website, account functions, database, search functions, communications, or other services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from delays. Maintenance, technical problems, third-party services, network failures, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect availability.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Furndim is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, reliability, currentness, suitability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose of every piece of information available through the platform. This does not exclude or limit any warranty, right, or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Furndim and Shenzhen Junpin Furniture Co. will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Nothing in this Agreement is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other matters for which applicable law prohibits limitation.

19. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, technology, legal requirements, or other circumstances. The updated version will be published on Furndim.com with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide such notice or obtain such consent.

20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
